Sarah has over a decade of experience as a psychologist and trauma-informed therapist, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. She helps people understand their current difficulties in relation to their current and past experiences. Using evidence-based interventions, Sarah supports her clients to address past adversities to improve their health and happiness. Ultimately Sarah supports clients with refined methods in clinical psychology to build better relationships with self and others, and make stronger connections within the community.

Sarah specialises in addressing distress related to adverse or traumatic experiences. This can include those with depression, anxiety, disordered eating or poor body image, addictive or ritualistic behaviours, and intrusive memories, thoughts, or feelings.
